Nouveau Sceptre Gold and Rhodium twist ball point pen dressed in Black Ash Burl were designed  and sculptured to give the pen owner an Art Deco feel. Art Deco was an opulent and lavish art form that spanned the 1920 to 1930's. The art form influenced architecture, industrial design, interrior design, fashion and film of the period.
