JK Exquisite Handcrafted Writing Instruments has years of experience in the watch part pen industry! We are truly proud to make and offer these incredible pens! Each blank is meticulously made by hand. The tubes are wrapped in carbon fibre, Individual watch parts which are stripped from old watches are bent to conform to the radius of the tube is then attached to the tube. This process will help us not break thru and into the parts during the machining process. The entire assembled tube is then cast in a clear acrylic resin.
Once the resin has hardened, it will go through the steps of machining, sanding, polishing, final buffing which truly makes the barrel look like glass and the give the embedded watch parts a 3D effect!
The pen comes in a beautiful custom made individual wooden box.
